I'm sorry I haven't written before, but I've been very busy. How are you? How do you spent your days? In your letter you have written you have nomophobia. A have read a study, it shows that two-third of people can't live without their mobile phones. They worry about losing their phones. How you thougth about sometimes you leave home without your phone? I advice you several times per day turn off your phone. Yoga is good against anxiety. Getting a youga course. I'm really looking forword to seeing you again. Take care. Love Anita

If you walk the dog you can sit at your computer half an hour. -Mum, a half an hour is too little. My computer is too slow. One walk and an hour in front of the computer. -I think about it. In the picture there is an angry man. It looks like he is a general. This seems he's looking for (searching) his cell phone but I'm not 100 % sure. In the background there ara a lot of dead people. Perhaps it a battle over, and the man, the general is looking for soldiers. He must be very determinde, ha don't give up, he's still fighting. I'm not sure but I guess this is a scene from a movie.
